Thursday, April 23

Full Day Option 1: Cleveland Museum of Art & Cleveland Botanical Gardens

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm | Ticket Price: $95

Get a breath of fresh air by exploring the Cleveland Botanical Gardens and Cleveland Museum of Art! Step outside and experience spring in Ohio while learning about the interconnected retail operations of University Circle. Attendees will start their experience at the inspiring Cleveland Museum of Art where they will hear from the institution’s retail staff before they explore a wide array of exhibits, from the life of the impressionists to Swedish Modern Design. In the afternoon attendees will  soak in the sun and the blooms at the Cleveland Botanical Gardens next door.

Full Day Option 2: Museum of Contemporary Art & Cleveland Botanical Garden

Time: 9:00 am – 4:00 pm | Ticket Price: $95

Experience the world of contemporary art at the Museum of Contemporary Art Cleveland. Dive into the MOCA and see the modern edge of present-day creations. Hear from the intuition’s retail staff before heading outside to the Cleveland Botanical Gardens. Attendees will have time to stop and smell the roses as they learn more about the operations of Cleveland’s University Circle.

Full Day Option 3: Pro Football Hall of Fame

Take a ride over to Canton, Ohio and walk the halls of the legendary Pro Football Hall of Fame. Learn about the legends of the game as you walk through this institution’s hallowed halls. After touring the facility, hear from the institution’s retail staff and find out how they extend the museum experience.

Join MSA NEXT at the Cleveland Museum of Art as they learn more about the technological innovations currently in use at this top-of-the-line institution. In this technology and innovation focused excursion, hear from the Cleveland Museum of Art staff, as they discuss the use of ArtLens throughout the property and how it is transforming the visitor experience.

Half Day Option 2: A Christmas Story House & Western Reserve Fire Museum and Education Center

Time: 8:00 am – 11:30 am | Ticket Price: $65

Step into your favorite Christmas movie and learn about the intricacies of small store operations from the staff at The Christmas Story House, just be careful not to shoot your eye out! This excursion will then continue to the Western Reserve Fire Museum and Education Center where you will learn about the region’s history, along with how they operate their cultural institution.

Half Day Option 3: International Women’s Air & Space Museum and Police Historical Society

Time: 8:00 am – 11:30 am | Ticket Price: $65

Learn more about Cleveland’s hometown heroes at the Cleveland Police Historical Society before blasting into space and experiencing the unique artifacts that document women’s leap into the field of air and space. Explore the unique operational structures of both of these institutions discover new ways to make your museum store ‘out of this world!’

Half Day Option 4: Rock & Roll Hall of Fame

Roll on over to the Rock n Roll Hall of Fame! After an engaging discussion with the museum store’s retail team, explore the history of this world-famous institution! Rock out in their garage band exhibit or walk in the steps of your favorite guitar wielding hero.

Half Day Option 5: FirstEnergy Stadium (Home of the Cleveland Browns)

Time: 1:30 pm – 5:00 pm | Ticket Price $65

Get an inside look at FirstEnergy Stadium, home of the Cleveland’s NFL team! Tour behind the scenes and learn about the daily operations of an NFL stadium during the off-season, when football is not the main event happening every week. After the tour, attendees will learn about the unique operations of a stadium store and take back insights which can be applied to their own cultural institution.

Half Day Option 6: Cleveland History Center & Crawford Auto-Aviation
