ABOUT MSA FORWARD
2019’s MSA FORWARD was held in beautiful San Diego, California at the San Diego Town and Country. Attendees enjoyed the chance to do some sight-seeing by participating in our learning excursions all around the city to fun destinations like the San Diego Zoo, Birch Aquarium, and more. Through breakout sessions and keynote presentations, they saw first-hand how to utilize the MSA Knowledge Standards to maximize the efficiency of their non-profit retail store. We are proud to announce that the 2019 expo floor was sold out with 208 vendors.
